Why you do not offer
free shipping on all orders?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders less than $50, we
charge $3.99 (USPS First Class Mail) or $5.99 (Priority Mail). By charging a
reasonable amount on shipping, we can give you better overall cost than those
retailers who offer free shipping on all orders. Here are the secrets that
they are unwilling to let you know. Say, a customer has a Canon BJC6000/BJC6500/S750 etc,
he needs BCI-3eBK, BCI-3eC, BCI-3eM, BCI-3eY,BCI-3ePBK, BCI-3ePC, BCI-3ePM

So what does "Free shipping on all orders" mean? ------ Shipping charge is hidden
and it is added to each item you added to your shopping cart.
How can I modify (
cancel ) an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, modify an existing order, shipping
address, payment method, or for any other reason, please contact us at
sales@1800savemart.com. When we
receive your request, we will do everything possible to modify the order
before it is sent to the warehouse for shipping purposes. Please be advised that
all orders
will be shipped within 24 hours
and we cannot modify your order after it has been shipped, but you can return
your order after you receive it by contacting
sales@1800savemart.com and getting a
RMA.
What method of
payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover card, Money Orders and Personal Checks. For your
security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used
for payment. For other addresses than that of the credit card billing, extra
verification may be needed. A sales representative may contact you for
confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these
criteria. Orders may be made via our website, by email

Do you charge sales tax?
8.25% Sales tax will be charged
to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. No sales tax on
orders outside of California.

Would the use of compatible cartridge or refill ink void my printer's warranty?
Absolutely NO! Federal Trade Commission - Magnusson-Moss Warranty
Improvement Act (Subparagraph C, section 101) specifically states:
No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty
of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any
article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under
the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate
name; except that the prohibition of this subsection may be waived by the
commission if:
1. The warrantor satisfies the
Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the
article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted
product, and
2. The Commission finds that
such a waiver is in the public interest.

What are compatible
cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are manufactured by the third parties and are fully
compatible with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). All our products are
fully compatible with OEM standards.
Our products are
manufactured under either ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 to meet or exceed the original
specifications and performance standards. Each product is fully tested.
Compatible cartridges are also refillable afterwards.
What are refill kits?
All cartridges, compatible cartridges and OEM
cartridges are refillable. A cartridge may be refilled many times (usually 7 to
10 times). Refilling is a simple process of injecting the ink from the bottles
into your existing cartridges using the syringe. All our refill kits usually
contain 2 to 3 bottles of inks, which refills 3 to 7 times, and a set of tools
and instructions. Please do not let the cartridge run
out of ink before refilling. If the printer cartridge is left empty
for more than 2 weeks then the printhead can be clogged.
My Cartridge does not
work
Please make sure the protective plastic cover is
removed from the print head. In case your cartridge was damaged during the
shipping process, please contact our Customer Service Department for a
replacement or a refund.
My Cartridge is
leaking
If you have received a cartridge that is leaking,
it is probably due to the mishandling by the shipping company. Please do NOT
insert it into your printer. Please contact our Customer Service Department for
a replacement or a refund.
