(1) Return/Exchange Policy for printer supplies:

We offer only top quality products. If our cartridges do not produce a satisfying result, you can simply return all used and unused products for refund or exchange. The following terms apply:

  • Compatible inkjet cartridges that are more than 40% used, will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Please contact our Return Department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Please return the merchandise to the address provided to you. Please include a copy of your invoice and email address, phone number in case we need to contact you.

  • Refund or store credit will be issued for orders placed within 90 days. For orders placed over 90 days, only exchange or store credit will be issued and the credit will be issued according to the current selling price of the day the return package reaches us.  All refunds will be made within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the return. Refunds will be made only in the same form as the original payment.

Return/exchange due to other reasons:

  • If you have ordered a wrong product, please send all unopened items for exchange, along with a payment for the price difference and shipping charge for the second shipment.

  • A 15% restocking fee and the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted for return for non-defective items and return due to any other reasons, such as, " I ordered a wrong product", "I submitted the order incorrectly", "My printer was broken before I got your cartridges", "The printer I ordered from another company did not come", "I decided not to use compatible cartridges", "I/my friend had a bad experience with compatible cartridges from another company", "I did not realize its a compatible cartridge", etc.

  • Some of our compatible cartridges do not come with micro-chips, as the chips for these models on the original cartridges can be reused multiple times.  We have clearly stated it in the description for the product. A 25% restocking fee and the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted for return for these non-defective items due to any reasons unless we failed to state in the description that these cartridges do not come with chip. No refund will be issued for these items which have been opened.

  • No refund/exchange for opened non-defective items.

  • If a package was returned due to "unclaimed", "insufficient address", "undeliverable address", "moved, unable to forward", the customer will be responsible for all the delays and all shipping fees involved. Refund due to these reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

If the returned products are not ours:

  • Even if it is from the same manufacturer/brand, We will charge the replacement cost, actual shipping cost and a $20 handling fee immediately. We will keep the return package for 4 weeks. The customer will have to pay the shipping and handling fee if he/she wants us to send it back to you. The package will be discarded after 4 weeks. There is no exception!

 

(2) Return/Exchange Policy for Silver Jewelry:

  • Refund or store credit will be issued for orders returned within 30 days after the original ship.

  • All returns must be in the original condition, never used, altered.

  • All accessories must be returned.

  • If the returned products is not ours, we will charge the replacement cost, actual shipping cost and a $20 handling fee immediately. We will keep the return package for 4 weeks. The customer will have to pay the shipping and handling fee if he/she wants us to send it back to you. The package will be discarded after 4 weeks. There is no exception!

(3) Return/Exchange Policy for Fine Lingeries:

  • Refund or store credit will be issued for orders placed within 30 days.

  • All returns must be in the original condition, never worn, altered, with tag attached. Due to U.S. HEALTH REGULATIONS, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for any used sexy lingerie.

  • All accessories must be returned.

  • If the returned products is not ours, we will charge the replacement cost, actual shipping cost and a $20 handling fee immediately. We will keep the return package for 4 weeks. The customer will have to pay the shipping and handling fee if he/she wants us to send it back to you. The package will be discarded after 4 weeks. There is no exception!

 

(4) Return/exchange for digital cameras:

  • Full refund will be issued for return within 2 weeks and the internal package is not opened and all accessories are included

  • 15% restocking fee will be charged for return after 2 weeks and less than 1 month and the internal package is not opened. If the internal package is opened, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

  • No returns will be accepted 30 days after the package is shipped or any accessories (CD, manual. USB cable, etc) is missing.

  • Defective item will be exchanged within 1 month. After 1 month, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancel an Order:

  • There will be a 10% fee or $5, whichever is greater,  for canceling an order 24 hours after placing the order. However, if the order has been shipped, we can not cancel it for you and you may return it for refund, less the shipping charge and 10% (or $5, whichever is great) restocking fee.
