Shipping Policy:

• Products in our Printer Supplies store: All printer supplies are shipped within 24 hours after your payment reaches us.

• Products in our Fine Lingerie store: Most products  are shipped within 24 hours after your payment reaches us. Occasionally, some items are on backorder.  The backorder time is usually less than 1 week. We will email you the expected ship date. You can then decide to place the order on backorder, exchange to another item o cancel the order.

• Products in our jewelry store: All printer supplies are shipped within 24 hours after your payment reaches us. Occasionally, some items are on backorder.  The backorder time is usually between 1 week - 2 weeks. We will email you the expected ship date. You can then decide to place the order on backorder, exchange to another item o cancel the order.

Shipping costs:

We offer FREE USPS Standard Ground Shipping  on orders over $44.99 within USA.

1. We also offer  UPS Ground shipping, UPS 3-Day select etc shipping methods and shipping  Insurance

2. Please double check your products, billing and shipping address/zip code before submitting your order. We will try our best to do whatever we can to help you in case you type a wrong address or ordered a wrong item. However, we are not responsible for any delay or loss due to a wrong shipping address you give us or a wrong item you have ordered.

3. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has left our warehouse. However, after you receive your order, you can request return/exchange.
